Thai Iced Tea
Ingredients :
2 tablespoons Thai tea leaves
2 cups boiling water
2-3 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
1/4 cup evaporated milk
Ice cubes
How to Make :
Place the Thai tea leaves in a heatproof container or teapot.
Pour the boiling water over the tea leaves and let it steep for about 5-10 minutes.
Strain the tea leaves using a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a pitcher or another container.
Add sugar to the hot tea and stir until it dissolves completely.
Let the tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Pour the chilled Thai tea over the ice, leaving some room at the top.
Slowly pour the evaporated milk over the tea, allowing it to create a layered effect.
Stir gently to combine the tea and milk before drinking.
